Sandy Smith and Captain Micah R. Smith, U.S. Army (Ret.)
Quick Clean Pros was founded by Micah Smith – Captain, U.S. Army (ret.) – while searching for ways to help fellow Veterans find purpose and financial independence. If twenty-three years in the Army taught him anything, it was that doing work others found undesirable would always be in demand.
After spending months researching several brands and concepts, he noticed several outliers: (1) most cleaners weren’t trained consistently, (2) there were too many options for equipment, techniques, and supplies, and (3) people in different parts of the country placed importance on different areas of their homes.
Capt. Smith realized the need for professionally trained cleaners with character and integrity who use safe cleaning products, follow strict operating procedures, and are held accountable by strategic quality measures.
To ensure customer satisfaction and quality, he insisted on rigorous hiring practices with in-depth background checks and in-person interviews. Less than 10% of applicants interviewed meet his requirements to be hired. Those that do make the cut are trained and closely monitored until they’re operating at the desired standard.
